Affordability Is the Main Street Issue
Affordability is not a spreadsheet issue. It is the daily pressure families feel at the grocery store, gas pump, mortgage renewal and rent cheque.
A positive Conservative message starts with a promise that government should make normal life easier, not more expensive. That means tax relief, responsible spending, cheaper energy and a serious effort to grow the economy.
When costs rise faster than paycheques, freedom shrinks. Families delay having children, young people give up on ownership and small businesses put hiring on hold.
The Conservative case is strongest when it is practical: lower the burden, reward work, build more, waste less and let Canadians keep more of what they earn.
